The plants top out at about five feet tall by three feet wide and are heavy producers. It is not only very prolific and tasty but it is very hot. The parent plants in the display photos produced over 100 full grown pepperspods and were grown in 18 papier-maché pots. Be sure to give them full respect because they carry a lot bite. All ultra hot varieties of pepper plants are very long season. In northern areas it may be necessary to start growing them inside in the early spring and finish themout inside your house when it gets frosty in the fall. They can be grown in gardens where there is a long growing season. The plants being sold were planted in February and will give you a jump start on producing a large crop of pepperspods. They are 1 1/2 to 3 tall and are growing in individual 1 1/4 X 2 1/4 containers.
